This weekend I went to the L.A galaxy game with my brother and some friends. It was fun I got to see my favorite team play live and I always have fun when I go to the stadium. I also had a game on Saturday we played against the 1st place team and we managed to tie. I was finally able to score after going with 4 games not being able to score. I was upset when we tied.

          Rule one says to become genuinely interested in people which means to actually care and here what they have to say. It shows great character and makes you more appealing to people because they see that you are actually interested in them. This helps you connect with people and overall can influence the people you are talking to. If they see how respectful you are to others they will probably do the same because they can see how people enjoy your company. Asking questions also helps because it shows that you want to get to know them better and that you actually care about learning about them and hearing what they have to say.

Rule 2: Smile

          Rule two says to smile.Smiling is a simple rule but also an important one because it shows that you are friendly and welcoming. I am glad to see you" shows that you are interested and it will allow for people to like you and can influence them. It can influence them in a positive way because they see how you are always smiling and you look happy that they would want to do the same. Overall it changes how people see you if they see that you are always smiling they are more prone to like you because you seem like a friendly person.

Rule 3: Remember names

 1) "A man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language."

 2) "If you don't remember names, you are headed for trouble."

           Rule three says to remember names. Being able to remember names is really important because it shows that you actually took the time to remember it then treating it like it's not important. like in the second quote "If you don't remember names, you're headed for trouble." and it's true many people get offended when you don't remember names because it feels like a big insult to someone. That's why it is important to remember people's name so you never put someone in that position. By doing this you can also avoid an awkward situation and overall makes you look better because it shows that you care enough to actually remember someone's name.

Rule 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.

 1) "If you aspire to be a good conversationalist, be an attentive listener."

 2)  "Remember that the man you are talking to is a hundred times more interested in himself and his wants and his problems than he is in you and your problems."

                Rule four says to be a good listener. Being a good listener is important because shows that you care about what people have to say. It is also a key part in being a good conversationalist because you how that you care and that you are willing to hear out others people's problems and help them. It also helps others to talk about themselves and allow them to open up to you more.

                 Rule five says to talk in terms of the other man's interest. I agree because if you talk about the other persons interest it makes them want to interact with you and the conversation will be more engaging. Like the quote "The royal road to a man's heart is to talk to him about the things he treasures most" shows that by talking about the other persons interest it makes you more appealing. This is important because people would want to talk to you more and overall be more friendly since you can connect with them. By following this rule you will see that the conversations would be more engaging and people would want to talk to you more.

Rule 6: Make the other person feel important --and do it sincerely.
 1)"The desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature."
 2)"Helping people feel important and appreciated works magic."

                   Rule six says to make the other person feel important--and do it sincerely. It's important to do this because it shows that you actually care and that you take the time to hear what they have to say. Like the quote "The desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature" shows that it's important to make a a person feel important because it is one of the most important desires. By doing this you will be more appealing to people because it shows that you actually care about the other person so they are more interested in you and would want to talk more. By following this rule you will see that more people will enjoy your company and would like to be around you more often.
